Sarabeth Broder-Fingert, MD, MPH, is the Executive Director of the Eunice Kennedy Shriver Center at UMass Chan Medical School and Division Chief of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at UMass Memorial Medical Center. She is a national expert on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) disparities. Her work and research focus on studying disparities in ASD and other behavioral health conditions. She is passionate about developing and testing interventions to help improve the lives of children at risk and also understanding how and why these interventions are implemented. She will be working on the RISE study to understand factors related to the implementation of the intervention.

Kyle M. Frost, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School and UMass Memorial Medical Center in the Department of Pediatrics and Eunice Kennedy Shriver Center. Her research focuses on increasing equitable access to high-quality early intervention for autistic children by examining the core features of effective interventions, the mechanistic process through which they affect change, and how evidence-based practices can be implemented in community systems of care. She co-leads the RISE implementation science team with Sarah Edmunds, and is an active member of the data analysis team.

Chris Sheldrick, PhD, is a Research Associate Professor at Boston University, School of Public Health. His primary research focuses relate to the science and practice of screening and clinical decision making, spanning from instrument development to implementation and evaluation of screening protocols. He will be working alongside Sarabeth as part of the implementation evaluation team. Additionally, he is responsible for the RISE study data management.
